Our Story
From Vision to Community
Epic Design Group was founded on a simple belief: that where you live shapes who you become. For over twenty years, we have applied that belief to every parcel we've planned, every home we've built, and every community we've delivered.
Our work is concentrated in the Sierra Nevada foothills — a region we know intimately, from its geology and microclimates to its building codes and community character. That local depth of knowledge means our communities feel rooted, not transplanted.
Ridge Village Estates is our most considered project to date — a community designed not just for today's buyers, but for the generations who will call it home long after we've moved on to the next chapter.
What We Stand For
Our Core Values
Integrity First
We say what we'll do and do what we say. Every commitment we make to a buyer, a contractor, or a community is a promise we intend to keep.
Enduring Quality
We build with materials and methods that improve with age. Our homes are designed to be handed down, not traded up.
Community Stewardship
We take seriously our responsibility to the land, the neighbors, and the broader community. Good development leaves a place better than we found it.
Buyer Partnership
We treat every buyer as a long-term partner. Our relationship doesn't end at closing — it deepens as the community grows.
